At See Me Grow and Learn, we use the Tadpoles App to keep communication between families and our center seamless and convenient. This app is not only used for signing your child in and out each day, but also serves as a direct line for sharing updates and notes between families and teachers.

Before drop-off, parents can use Tadpoles to share important information that helps our staff provide the best possible care—such as, “last breastfeeding time,” “woke up extra early, may need an earlier nap,” or “apply lotion midday.” After pick-up, you’ll receive a digital daily report summarizing your child’s day, including meals, naps, diapering, and activities. Photos and videos of your child participating in classroom fun are often included!

As a center, we also use Tadpoles to share key updates with families, such as monthly newsletters, lesson plans, menus, and reminders about upcoming events.
